RETURN OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You have a period of 14 days from the delivery date to exercise your right of cancellation or returns without the need to justify your reasons or to pay any penalties.
When the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, it will be extended to the following working day.
The customer must contact the customer service beforehand via e-mail at studio@r-o-k-h.com to obtain a return number to note on the “Return Authorisation”
enclosed with the order as well as any information relating to the shipping. No parcel shall be accepted without a return number.
This number must be written legibly on the parcel. You must return the products to us in their original packaging, complete (with accessories, notice, labels…) and a copy of the order.
No reimbursement will be provided for any rokh products that are returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or that have been used.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you,
depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights.
If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible via studio@r-o-k-h.com,
giving your name, address and order reference. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
* If you have bought a product from a rokh reseller, you are under their sales conditions and return policy of that store and we can not accept returns.
Please contact the store where you bought the product directly.
EXCHANGES
Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at rokh.net.
